Forged Strength is for anyone looking to get themselves stronger, fitter, and more athletic. Forged STRENGTH is a progressively designed strength and conditioning program that will help athletes build lean muscle, lean up, all while getting stronger and fitter overall. Athletes are always taken from where they’re at NOW fitness wise and built up to where they want to go from there. STRENGTH sessions typically last 45-60 mins depending on the training plan for the day. Everything is done within a small group training session where the energy is HIGH and the atmosphere is powerful. In order for an athlete to attend Forged STRENGTH, they must first do a full 4-week cycle of the Forged Strength Challenge or Forged SHRED Challenge to ensure they’re ready both fitness and skills wise.
