If you were to have a billboard put up that could say anything, what would it say and why
“It pays to be a winner”, a saying that really hits home to me. It makes me think of everything I have had to endure in my life, and it helps me put my head down, not make any excuses, and get to work.
What have you loved about Forged thus far?
The atmosphere and the environment here is unlike anything I have ever experienced. From the coaches to the people I train along side with, the character and personalities everyone has here is truly amazing. The workouts are phenomenal and I’ve never felt more athletic in my life since joining forged.
What do you do to stay so consistent with the gym and your training?
What I do to stay consistent with the gym is stick to a strict clean diet. Ever since joining the forged fam I have stayed very consistent with what I eat and put into my body, and have done a lot of research so I can perform to my best capabilities in and outside of the gym.
What does training mean to you besides all of the benefits of getting stronger, fitter, and leaner? What does it mean to YOU specifically?
Training to me means holding yourself accountable to something, no matter how easy or how hard it is. It is a COMMITMENT that I have made in order to become the healthiest, strongest athlete I could possibly be.
You’ve made some BIG strides inside Forged just within the last couple of weeks, can you share with us some of the success you’ve experienced?
What I have experienced through this process is a complete change in my mind, strength and body. I have reached new heights that I thought I never could have experienced, such as the weight I have lost, and the muscle I have gained. It is truly a blessing!
Everyone’s 1st day inside Forged is a bit “interesting”… Can you share with us YOUR experience from your first day within Forged?
Well, my first day at the forged athlete was not a pretty one. I showed up to the wrong location the very first day, and was wandering around in the snow and cold until I finally realized I was at the completely wrong location. Finally, upon arrival, I saw the warmups and the workouts everyone was doing and thought to myself “what did I get myself into”. Then I met tony, and immediately felt more comfortable because he just made me feel welcomed right away and I really owe a lot to him for making me feel the way I did and push myself to the limit.
Thinking about YOUR “Big Picture”, what are your overall goals that you want to achieve.
Now that I have cracked the surface of my athletic abilities, I want to continue to strive and become a better athlete and better person every day. Continuing to build more and strength is the overall goal, and I have to always trust and understand the long process it takes to become a better athlete.
What gets you PSYCHED up the most? What drives you and gets you going?
What really drives me and gets me psyched at the gym is the progress that I have seen myself make, and also the atmosphere at the gym. Putting in work along side the amazing people at forged really drives you to be the best you can be and that’s why I love this place so much!
Up till now, what has your FAVORITE most memorable moment been inside the gym thus far?
My most memorable moment in the gym so far was probably when I completed the Murph workout. I never thought I would’ve been able to do something as intense as the Murph, and when I completed that and when we all took the group photo together, it made me very emotional and proud because I have never been apart of something as special as the forged athlete ever in my entire life.

Favorite Movie Character and Why?
Michael Murphy from lone survivor, the movie speaks for itself, and the bravery and courage gives me the motivation to never give up and to NEVER make any excuses in life.
Favorite song that you’d want on to help you hit a 1 rep max?
“Everlong” by the foo fighters, not the most motivating song but it’s one of those songs that really puts me into my zone.
What’s your FAVORITE cheat meal?
Favorite cheat meal by far would have to be a Gunnar philly cheese steak from Pepperjax, and of course fries to go along with it. Might have to be a tie between that and a burger and fries from five guys as well!
FINAL… If there was one piece of advice you could give someone else for more success whether that be in the gym, in life, business, whatever, what would that be?
My piece of advice for any one in life is to never make excuses for anything. Be blessed with what you have now because chances are someone else has it worse than you. Be humble, confident, and ALWAYS go 110% HAM with everything that you do.
