This week’s Thursday Throwdown is a LUNG BURNER.

Our athletes hit this one in the gym yesterday and it was the real deal.

Let’s just say bodies were on the floor when that 9 minute mark hit…

For the 9 minute AMRAP, you only have to do the 3 rope climbs at the beginning. Then you’re off to the races with snatches and burpees.
