Team H.A.M. Open Week 2 Recap

Now, didn’t know if it would be possible to beat the energy, intensity, and effort from 16.1, but boy were we wrong!

The Forged Fam blew us away (as always) and made 16.2 even crazier than the previous week.

Last week we wrote about the doubt that was circulating around the gym prior to the release of 16.1.

People didn’t think they could do it, they were a bit intimidated.

This week the tables were completely turned.

Doubt was 110% replaced with confidence and excitement for 16.2!

The teams really started to come together this week, pushing each other towards the common goal of getting more FIT.

The team Facebook groups were blowing up.

Once 16.2 was released the team members started brainstorming attack strategies, encouraging their teammates, and getting ready to kick some serious ass!

Straight up inspiring!

Just like last week, there were more awe-inspiring moments than we could ever possibly write down.

There were even some PR’s involved. Our girl Shana PR’d her squat clean during the last round of 16.2!

How is that even possible?!?

We want to give a HUGE thank you again to every member of the Forged Family.

You guys are freaking incredible! The drive and determination everyone has is contagious.

Week after week you should up, grind, and repeat.

No excuses.

All this hard work is showing in a big way.

The PR horn at the gym is going off every day and people are getting straight up STRONG!

We truly appreciate your hard work and commitment to your health.

We can’t forget about our sponsors either.

This last week was brought to you by Brute Force Training.

These guys are long time partners of the gym and they’re where we go for all of our sandbags.

Wodfitters, FitAid, WODLabs, Forever Fierece, Steskal Chiropractic, and Eat Fit Go Healthy Foods have also made huge contributions to this event.

Make sure to check these guys out!

We’re extremely grateful for all of our sponsors.

This event wouldn’t be possible without them!

Get ready for another crazy week of fun (and tons of BURPEES)!
