3A) 3 Rounds NOT For Time – For INTENSITY

a) HEAVY Sled Push / Pull x 100ft

b) Push Ups x 20
***Weighted if need be

c) Prowler Push x 100 ft

d) Recline Row x 20
***Body Parallel to ground
