Complete 3 Rounds For Time Of:

a) Deadlift x 5 @ 1.5 BW

b) Squat x 5 @ 1.25 BW

c) Shoulder To Overhead x 5 @ BW

d) Strict Pull Ups x 10

***18 Minute Time Cap To Complete

Extra Notes:

***Only 1 Barbell is Allowed

***A rack can be used (f you don’t use a rack you’ll be considered even more of a BEAST)

***Movements can be done in any order

***If you’re not yet up to the prescribed loads, lower the weight and go as heavy as you can safely
