On Monday, May 26th, 2014 The Forged Athlete Gym will host it’s first Memorial Day Murph HERO Workout.
If you seen the movie or read the book, “The Lone Survivor” you’d realize that this little challenge workout is NOTHING in comparison to the brutal unknown’s that our military HERO’S encounter in the rigors of battle.
The Forged Athlete is holding the Murph HERO Workout Challenge to not only to show our deep appreciation to Michael Murphy and his fellow war veterans, but to help memorialize ALL the Heroes that have given or have risked their lives so that we can enjoy our freedoms as Americans.
Here’s the Details Of The Murph HERO Workout:
Where: The Forged Athlete Gym – 6052 Wenninghoff Road
When: Monday May 26th @ 9am – DON’T BE LATE 😉
For this HERO Workout, there are a few different LEVELS you can choose to do to help suit YOUR fitness level:
Miny Murph – 800m Run, 50 Pull Ups OR Recline Rows, 100 Push Ups, 200 Squats, 800m Run
Murph – 1 Mile Run, 100 Pull Ups OR Recline Rows, 200 Push Ups, 300 Squats, 1 Mile Run
Team Murph – A team of 2 will do 1 Mile Run Together then split up 100 Pull Ups OR Recline Rows, 200 Push Ups, 300 Squats, 1 Mile Run
