POWERstrength

After a nice week of deloading and BEAST Testing it times for a NEW Phase.

This new phase brings us into what I like to call, “POWERstrength”.

This new phase is all about getting STRONGER and more explosive.

Will be hitting the body in different angles and of course, training 110% H.A.M.

Progress is the name of the game.

Excited to see some new PR’s set and old PR’s destroyed.

All in good time.

DAILY BATTLE PLAN:

4 Rounds Of:

a) HEAVY KB Thrusters x 5

b) 50m Sprint @ 100%

***Rest 60-90 secs between sets

Then after 4th Set:

c) 30 Burpee + lateral Jumps For Time
