Daily Battle Plan

1A) For Time – Descending Ladder – 20/15/10/5 Reps of Each:

a) Double KB Clean and Press

b) Squat Thrust

THEN – 3 Min Rest

1B) 400m Run @ 100%

Definitely NOT easy…

But here at The Forged Athlete Gym, we DON’T Ask for EASY…  We EARN IT!
