b) Plyo Push Ups x 4

c) American Swing x 8

d) Sled Sprint x 100ft

2A) 3 Min AMRAP of Hollow Rocks

The Focus on these “Power Rounds” is to have MAXIMUM explosiveness and power through each round, NOT total fatigue.

Where the challenge comes into play is during the last few round for when you do get a bit fatigued, your goal is to stay as EXPLOSIVE and POWERFUL as possible while going through the movements as fast and efficient as possible.
